This Refund Policy applies to purchases of software products and services (“Products”) provided by Scope Creep Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Paddle, which may act as the merchant of record.
Eligibility for Refunds
Unless otherwise stated on a product’s pricing page, we generally offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:
- The Product does not function substantially as described, and
- We are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time
Refund requests submitted after the refund window may be denied, except where required by law.
How to Request a Refund

Exceptions
- Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or excessive refund requests.
- Product-specific refund terms may override this policy if clearly stated at purchase.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.
