Some Services require payment. Prices and payment terms will be disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Paddle, which may act as the merchant of record. We do not store your payment card details.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scope Creep Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
